The breakfast was exceptionally nice and the place was overall clean. Both rooms we booked were fully-equipped and good-sized with even computer, fridge, a range of toiletries. Had good amenities.

Stayed at Vovtel, great location next to everything, loved the full-service spa and free breakfast, oh and the front-desk safe made me feel so secure!

Oh, just the fire extinguisher in the room, it really clashed with the décor.

Nicely designed and quaint hotel located not far from bus station and subway, the city center, train station and airport, and a super great seafood restaurant called wasabi. Large rooms with a bubble bath and toiletries, as for instance. Modern interior design. Wonderful overall experience.

As longer term business travelers, we were impressed with the spacious room, comfortable bed, and luxurious bathtub. The centrally controlled heated system was a plus. The hotel's proximity to the subway station made commuting easy. We appreciated the helpful English-speaking staff, especially Leo and Katty, who went out of their way to assist us. Value for money was excellent, and the staff even arranged breakfast for us before the regular serving time.

Cool hotel, all of the staff were amicable and accommodating, magnificent location to the main areas. Greatly enjoyed the room with large bathroom & jacuzzi, my bed was big. The service was absolutely friendly! Location: the property was near the bus station and the subway station, airport, and the city center. A lot of food for breakfast, everything was good.

The hotel staff was friendly and helpful, and the facilities included a computer and a TV with access to popular streaming platforms.

Vovtel in Busan is a great base for exploring the must-see attractions in the city. The standard double room was equipped with convenient amenities like central heating, a mini-fridge-bar, and a comfortable seating area. The breakfast offered a good variety of options, including coffee and scrambled eggs. Additionally, having on-site parking was a bonus.

Hotel as a whole is beautiful designed, I really enjoyed it.

Themed room with big bath tub, a bathrobe, and there's free parking onsite, if you travel by car. The interior is modern and design is comfortable.

Everything was simply great. The hotel was a welcome base for enjoying a great area, right by Munhyeon subway station, the recommended restaurant which really had good food, and the beaches. Our room was lovely with a hot tub. There were an electric kettle and a fridge, truly enjoyed it.

This hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. the value for money was excellent, as we got a spacious and well-equipped room at a very reasonable price. Secondly, the attention to detail was impressive, with a large bathroom that included a luxurious jacuzzi. Lastly, the location was perfect, just a short distance from the train station, making it convenient for exploring the city.

I recently had a very pleasant stay at a hotel in Busan. the location was fantastic, just a short 2-minute walk from the subway station. This made it so easy to explore the city and get around. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with a large bathroom and jacuzzi. It was such a treat to relax in the bubble bath after a long day of sightseeing. Additionally, the value for money was incredible, with breakfast included in the price. I couldn't have asked for a better deal!

My experience at this hotel was great and I couldn't find any faults.

The hotel offered two complementary gifts during our Easter stay which made us feel very welcome. The location was key for exploring the city, with the subway only a few minutes' walk away. The spacious rooms were an advantage we enjoyed, offering plenty of space to relax.

The staff at the hotel were not very friendly or helpful. We had some issues with our payment and they were not able to assist us, and even escorted us to an ATM late at night.
